COMPLAINTS:

Any complaints related to the goods or the implementation of the Contract of sale, the Customer may submit in writing to the Seller's address: assamaromas@gmail.com

In case of refund, the Customer may:

submit a statement about price reduction or withdrawal from the Contract of sale, unless the Seller immediately and without undue inconvenience for the Customer exchanges the defective Product for a product free of defects or removes the defect. 

However the customer needs to make sure that the oil not opened at all, it was sealed the bag, since we guarantee no refunds, unless the package has been lost or stolen on the way to the buyer. In case we are able to provide with tracking number that the package has been delivered then we will not make any refunds whatsoever. Due to the 100% pure nature of our products, which are carefully weighed by the gram, we cannot issue returns on Artisanal oil and oud chips and assure the same quality and quantity. 

The Seller within 14 days from the date of the request containing the complaint, will respond to the complaint of not delivered package, related to the implementation of the Purchase Agreement notified by the Customer. But there's no refund of product if package is already received by the seller and we will use tracking number to prove it.

The Customer may submit a complaint to the Seller in connection with the use of free services provided electronically by the Seller. The complaint may be submitted in electronic form on assamaromas.com or send to assamaromas@gmail.com . In the complaint, the Customer should include a description of the problem (which should be only not received the package yet.. The Seller shall promptly, but no later than within 14 days, consider complaints and give the Customer a reply.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT:

A Customer who is a Consumer who concluded a Sale Agreement may withdraw from it without giving reasons within 14 days.

The period for withdrawal from the Contract of Sale starts from the moment the Consumer takes possession of the Good.

The Consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller. This statement may be made, for example, in writing to the Seller's address, via e-mail to the Seller's address. The statement may be submitted on a form, the design of which was posted by the Seller on the Store Website at the following address: The withdrawal form. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.

The Consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement by submitting to the Seller a statement on the withdrawal via the form available on the website at the following address: Electronic withdrawal form. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry. The seller immediately confirms to the consumer receipt of the form submitted via the website.
